Having trouble getting our Chair Builder to create a PDF of your custom chair for you? We have a fix! You’ll need to clear your search history in your browser, refresh, and then it should work perfectly for you.
If you know how to clear your history (cache) in your favorite browser – awesome! If not, please follow the instructions below for these popular browsers:
Chrome – Open Google Chrome on Windows or Mac and then click the three-dot menu icon found in the top-right corner of the browser. From there, hover your mouse cursor over “More Tools” and choose “Clear Browsing Data.” You can also jump right to the clear browsing data window with a keyboard shortcut.
Firefox – Click the menu button and choose History. Click the drop-down menu next to Time range to clear and select how much history you wish to delete. Click the arrow next to Details to select what information you want to clear. Select Clear Now to delete your search history.
Safari – In the Safari app on your Mac, choose History > Clear History, then click the pop-up menu. Choose how far back you want your browsing history cleared.
